6" x 5-1/2" Daily Date Pad Refill with 4-1/2” hole spacing, custom hole punch is not available. Pad begins in mid-December for early distribution. Each pad is individually shrink wrapped.

Refills are manufactured in China so please order early to insure stock is available. Once current year stock is reserved we are unable to order more.
