Distributor Support/Customer Service Representative

We're looking for a team player who can establish and maintain customer relationships within the promotional products industry. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handle incoming phone calls and e-mails
  • Answer customer questions and provide price quotes
  • Work with customers to finalize customization details and artwork on orders
  • Work with appropriate departments to expedite orders and resolve customer issues
  • Troubleshoot and solve customer problems


  • 2 or more years in an office environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Communicate with customers in a professional manner
  • Positive attitude and be a team player
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Printing industry or promotional products experience a plus
