Customer Service Representative

Warwick Publishing (St. Charles, IL) is looking for Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an in-office position.

The Customer Service Representative is the primary point of contact for new and existing customers of the Company. This role’s responsibilities revolve around answering pre-sales and sales cycle-related questions (including the quoting of jobs) as well as status of on-going orders and other order and account-related customer-specific details. The communication of this information is done by means of both phone and email, with occasional video communication requirements on an as-needed basis. As such, both written and verbal fluency in English is required for this role.

This position’s responsibilities also include troubleshooting of customer orders both before, during, and after the sales cycle has concluded. Because of this, this role is a full-time, in-person position only. This job’s duties cannot be completed in a hybrid or remote work fashion.

This position’s responsibilities are not unique – the workload of this role is shared amongst other Customer Service Representatives in the department with evenly assigned accounts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handle incoming phone calls and e-mails in real-time
  • Answer customer questions about new or existing orders, including providing price quotes
  • Work with customers to finalize customization details and artwork on orders
  • Work with appropriate internal departments to expedite orders, resolve customer issues, or determine the answer to any other customer inquiry
  • Troubleshoot and solve customer problems in the post-sales portion of the sales cycle

Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years in an office environment
  • Strong reading comprehension skills
  • High school math and algebra skills
  • Well-rounded communication skills, including the ability to do so in both a respectful and professional manner
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality
  • Detail-oriented and organized

Desired Experience:

  • Customer Support & Client Services Occupations in an Office Role: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Administrative or Production Experience in a Commercial Printing, Promotional Product, or adjacent business: 2 years (Preferred)

Maintenance Technician

Warwick Publishing is hiring a Maintenance Technician. Reporting to the Facilities and Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for working with all Warwick employees to ensure both equipment and the general facility are kept current with all required and necessary maintenance as well as stay ahead of the curve with preventative maintenance and physical improvements.

This role is also responsible for communicating and working with contracted 3rd party vendors and service providers to fix issues that are outside of the technician’s skillset. Also included in this role is a nominal amount of office equipment and facility maintenance. This position is not unique – there are other Maintenance Technicians responsible for sharing the workload across the facility.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair malfunctioning production equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment
  • Build physical improvements on both equipment and general facility components
  • Work with 3rd party vendors and servicers on various repair or improvement jobs
  • Perform related duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 3 or more years of experience in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
  • Prior experience in 3 phase electric and AC/DC control circuitry
  • Prior experience in welding and parts machining

Desirable Experience

  • Prior maintenance experience in print or hot stamping manufacturing facilities
  • Prior experience/exposure to the promotional product industry
  • Current Forklift Certification or willingness to become Forklift Certified

Hot Foil Stamp Machine Operator

Warwick Publishing (St. Charles, IL) is looking for a Hot Foil Stamp Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. Reporting to the Department Lead, the Foil Stamping Operator is responsible for taking live jobs through any necessary stamping operations as they pertain to Warwick’s workflow. They are also responsible for assisting the customer service department with order troubleshooting, rush prioritization, and non-standard issues relating to their department.

Daily tasks revolve primarily around operating foil stampers. This position’s responsibilities are not unique; they are shared between the other members of the foil stamping team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operate Hot Foil Stamping Machines
  • Monitor product at their stage of production for defects or other quality issues
  • Assist Customer Service Department in order troubleshooting

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Prior experience in machine operation
  • Strong attention to written details
  • Ability to stand all day
