Accounting Assistant/HR Generalist

Warwick Publishing (St. Charles, IL) is looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our team. This is an in-office position, and the candidate will be working under the direction of the treasurer.

Responsibilities include:

  • Closing fiscal months
  • Posting and generating standard and general journals
  • Maintaining accounting spreadsheets that facilitate month end close
  • Provide assistance in HR functions:
    • Signing up new enrollees on healthcare plan
    • New employee orientation meetings
    • Other HR duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Full charge bookkeeping (1 year)
  • Financial accounting (1 year)
  • Microsoft Excel

Data Entry Specialist

Warwick Publishing (St. Charles, IL) is looking for an experienced Data Entry Specialist. This is an in-office position.

Main Responsibilities

  • Enter and process orders
  • Work with appropriate departments to expedite orders and finalize customization details and artwork on orders
  • Troubleshoot potential problems on orders
  • Filing

Digital Press and Cutting Table Operator

Warwick Publishing (St. Charles, IL) is looking for an experienced digital press and cutting table operator to join our production team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Primary Operator of Ricoh Digital Presses for product prototyping and production
  • Co-Operator of Zund and Gunnar Cutting Tables for product prototyping and production
  • Co-Operator of IJet Envelope Press for product prototyping and production

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Order and maintain inventory of materials, tools, and parts purchased through Ricoh
  • Cross-trained to support Pre-Press/Artwork Department (when finished with main responsibilities)

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail/able to visually discern differences in printed color quality
  • Able to effectively listen to and follow both verbal and written instructions
  • Proficient with both Windows and Mac computers
  • Able to communicate clearly and respectfully with others, including other employees and third party vendors/service technicians
  • Willingness to learn new skills and step into other similar duties as needed
  • Able to individually move and lift up to 40 lbs on a regular basis and move and lift 70 lbs with assistance on an infrequent basis
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for prolonged periods of time; work in and around a variety of industrial machinery and presses; bend over and squat

Desired Experience

  • Prior experience with Ricoh Digital Presses/Zund Cutting Tables/Gunnar Cutting Tables
  • Prior experience in print production or related quality control of printed products
  • Prior experience with Adobe Software Products

Pay: $18–$20/hour
