We want to get your order to you as fast as we can—and we want it to look exactly as you imagined it. To ensure we meet your deadline, please review the checklist below prior to placing your order. If you have any questions about product specifications or artwork requirements, please contact us.


Check Your Artwork

We accept EPS, press-quality PDF, TIFF, JPEG, BMP, and PSD files. We encourage you to read through our artwork requirements prior to sending us your order.

Ad Copy Layout and Location

Make sure your artwork fits the product. You can find all ad copy size requirements and location options on the appropriate product pages.

Font Style and Size

To avoid order delays, either outline all text or send the font file(s) with your order.

Review Product Specifics

  • Item # and description
  • Quantity (please check minimum order quantity)
  • Item color (if applicable)
  • Imprint color
  • Proof required (optional; production begins after proof approval)

Payment method

Will you be paying on account or prepaying? Not sure? Check with your customer service rep before placing your order.

Shipping Information

Double check the shipping address and contact person, shipping method, and ship date.

Special Instructions

For artwork under 10MB, you can either upload it by placing your order online, or email it (archiving as ZIP or Stuff-it).
